The choir sings a wide range of music, varying from large choral works to traditional, popular and spiritual music. Three concerts are usually performed each year, one summer, one for the Balerno Music Festival and one for Christmas. As well as our popular Come & Sing events! These performances are a mix of classical pieces and other works, usually following a theme. More information on previous concerts is contained on the Gallery page.
Pentland Singers will be delighted for any singers to Come to Currie and Sing with us some songs from musicals, including a West Side Story medley. We spend the afternoon learning the pieces and then give a “performance” at 6pm which is free for anyone who wants to come and hear what we were up to during the afternoon.
